Get your clothes out the night before and iron them or steam as well if needed. This way you are ready to go and there isnt any stress finding them.
Write a to do list for Monday and try to do as much as you can ahead of time.
If you have kids, have all there stuff packed and in the car. This will save you a lot of time.
Get up earlier then usual. This will give you more time to be prepared and not hurry and stress.
Think positive all day. Regardless of feeling down this will lift you up and everyone needs this on Monday.
